Return & Refund Policy

At ONECeuticals, your satisfaction matters to us. Because your product is a cosmetic applied directly to the skin, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

We will gladly accept returns or issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product arrives unopened and unused

Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items approved for return must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please request a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Promotional items, clearance products, or items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Individual skin reactions vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Sensitivity or dissatisfaction due to personal skin response does not qualify as a defect.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
